Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your House of GLAME account and personal data at any time. This applies to accounts created on the app or the website.
Request deletion
Send us a request from the email address your account uses, and we'll take it from there.
We'll verify the request is really you, then process it within 30 days. If you have an open order or payout in progress, we may ask you to let it settle first.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, login credentials, and saved preferences
- Measurements, style preferences, and saved designs
- Designer portfolio and business listings (for designer accounts)
- Messages and order history visible in your account
What we're required to keep
- Financial and transaction records, kept for tax and accounting law
- Records needed to resolve an open dispute, order, or payout
- Information we're required to keep for fraud prevention and legal compliance
